So I’m trying to make a textbox that will expand when a target button is hovered over, but is up only as long as the button is hovered. I want it to be able to expand and push elements below it down.

Basically, when ‘Digital Strategy’ is clicked, it expands a text box and pushs items under it down.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
