New to using editor X and trying to add an animated static noise effect to my background image. Anyone know how I might be able to achieve this effect?

there is an embed button on the button right corner of this page, you can use iFrame there and embed it to your site with HTML embed
or you can right click on bring in da noise widget in chrome, and click view frame source, afterwards, new page will appear and you will be able to input it on you website with iFrame:
anyway, I’m not sure about their terms of use, so it is up to you, such effects usually is the part of HTML embeds
