I’ve set up an HTTP function (responseHandler.web.js) in the backend section of my Wix site to handle incoming POST requests.

HTTP functions can only be written inside a specific file in the backend called http-functions.js

I’d recommend you go through the Wix Velo developer documentation first to learn more about it.
