Page speed is determined based on many different things, location and how far away you are from the wix servers is one of them, this is something that cannot be fixed. Other then that there are a couple things you can do to make your site faster. You can contact your hosting provider and see if they can do anything about it. Another thing to look out for is image size, try compressing your images and decrease the quality if performance is a high priority. It is also a good idea to try to refactor your code for better performance (always). Finally, go through your website and get rid of any unnecessary elements that are not used.
