New automated email when sending an invoice

The way I email my invoices changed today! I received a message stating a new email automation has been installed which automatically accompanies my invoice being sent. However… I cannot seem to switch this off. I send invoices to a variety of clients, and the email accompanying the invoice needs to be different for sending to a direct client, or sending to one of our partner hotels. The direct client needs specific details on the invoice, whereas the partner doesn’t.
Q. How do I turn off this automation and just continue customised each email that accompanies my invoice?

Additionally, I have the premium core subscription which should allow me to delete the WIX branding at the bottom of the automated email, but when I try to do this, the message tells me I need to upgrade!
Any suggestions please??

I am having the same issue! Any answers would be appreciated. I tried to disable the automation, as I was told to do so by Customer Service, and that did not work. The invoice was just not sent at all…so I enabled the automation again, then the invoice was sent. But not able to customize or review before sending

I have different clients and it was great to be able to send them each a custom email. That function is now gone and replaced with a cold automated, no life in it, email. Plus there is no tutorial on how to actually set it up. You have to dig on your own. The system worked so well, why go and break it.

This is a big issue. Similar to many others, I have a variety of clients, some that need more hand holding and direction than others. Cold automated emails are not the answer and give my business a bad vibe. And thanks for no notification, sent an invoice today and zip, your invoice is now sent with automations… sent to who… sent where… sent with what in the cover email message ? Poorly executed. Need a more viable process similar to what we had before this change.
