New eCards for stores - cant purchase with products

I was SO excited to be installing the new eCards now available with Wix Stores in Canada, then… I go to checkout with an order and I can’t complete 1 transaction.

You have to complete 2 separate transactions, one for your products and another for the eCard. That’s x2 times transaction fees and to top it off, an extra step the user has to complete to check out, that can create drop off rates and confusion, which is not conducive to a smooth user experience.

I’m surprised no one else has chimed in on this, it’s a major flaw in this long overdue option :frowning:

Hi @avanidigitalwixpartn , Brett is no longer with Wix and I’m just getting back from vacation. I’ll share this feedback with the team. Once I hear back, I’ll make sure to provide you with an update.
