Hi,
In order to have this feature working, you should have a Header section (you can achieve this by right clicking it and ‘Set as Masters’ → Header) and then set it to be Fixed (in the ‘Scroll’ area inside the inspector right panel).
Once you manage to pass these 2 steps, you will then have additional scroll effects inside the ‘Scroll’ area in the Inspector.
