I’m glad to share with you that the layers panel has been improved for a better editing experience 
We have added a new drag behavior to the layers panel that indicates where sections and components can be moved (blue line indication).
Also, we’ve improved performance when the layers panel is open, so you’ll have a smoother experience when you use this panel.
