Wix Stores is only Read Only. To add items you must use Wix Stores widget / app or use code (that is limited) based on the Wix API reference guide.

Hi Brett I tried those steps however I’m not able to change the permissions of my database. I’m accessing via Corvid. Thanks a billion.
