It is hard to say it is normal or not. Have you made your own brand? Do you do social media? There is a lot of factors to make a business become a successful entrepreneur.
Success is not guaranteed even you did all the steps, however, it will be close if you have a good business development plan. This involves lots of factors.
You may do high-quality facebook ads, invest in branding, and make everything looks better. Again, takes things high quality (e.g. Apple) will let the customer feel it is worth and interested.
Btw, you can post on the Wix Ecommerce Facebook Group (search it on FB) and there are lots of members who build 7 figures e-Commerce shop on Wix, and high-converting websites. Don’t forget to post your website link as well!
