Hi, can someone help me with an example for onChange function structure?
I want to activate an event of preloader every time the url change.

Where’s this url? Is it a user input? something else?
the url is the first thing that changed after changing a page / language so i believe that if i will trigger an event of url change it will show the preload strip before changing the page and if the path page is heavy it will not seems like the site working slow.
the url is the page address.
