Does anyone know how to move products already in the Wix container? What I want to do is put similar products, generally a set of 3 alike-items together. See attachment. Also: www.tarvision.com and you will see the first two rows with the same graphics on different products. I can’t figure out how to rearrange the products?

The screenshot you provided is within your Product list, here you can add new products to your store, edit existing products, change their visibility and more. The Collections Tab offers the options to organize your products into collections so you can display a particular collection in a product gallery. There are two ways to achieve your goal. 1: You can create a collection for each strip and configure their own display. 2: Set your products and rearrange the “All Products” Collection to display products in the order in which they are uploaded.
In your Dashboard > Products Section click Collection > then Select All Collections and you will have the option to drag and drop your products to a specific order. This will appear live on your site.
