# Open a pdf (stored in database) dynamically / on a dynamic page?

the website that i am creating has alot of reading content, so i was wondering if a user selects a particular dynamic link from a table which would take the user to a dynamic page and open that particular pdf via app “pdf viewer”  
i tried it and the pdf viewer cannot be linked to the db, so if anyone has found a way to do it please inform me.
