Are these contacts or a database you are importing to display onto your site?
If it is Contacts they should be uploading as they are within the CSV file so I would reach out to our Customer Care Team to review this further.
For databases that you are displaying onto your site you can achieve this by using the Filter feature to the Dataset. You can learn more here: Filtering Database Content Displayed on Your Page
