my clients. are complaining that the owner app is slow, so slow that they can use it to quickly get something done. this is the case for two wix booking clients. any ideas on how to fix it. it overall slow.both are on android.
one the spaces app this wasnt the case.
I haven’t experienced anything like this. It is likely to be a local issue (as in, their device is old etc.)
Would be worth raising a ticket with support as they will be able to help best, plus it helps the keep track of any issues that my be happening. (It might be best if you get your clients to raise the ticket, since they are having the issue, and will have the answers about their devices etc., although you might be able to do it)
I hope the issue gets resolved 
They have committed to the support but haven’t got any clear or Direct Solutions for the problem. I find the app slow on my phone as well

Samsung a32 and samsung galaxy s52
I use the owner app daily, and I don’t have much delay. I’m not sure, but we may want to open a ticket so I can reference that moving forward. Let’s get support to get a look.
Hi folks, just wanted to follow up. The clients updated their apps and performance got a bit better. However this was a none issue using spaces.
Im always afraid when the solution provided is “oh, a two year old phone will have this kind of issues”, luckily this wasnt the case. How the customer impression is that the new app is slower and that takes a toll on me as a partner and on Wix.
But I wanted to thank the community for participating.
