Page transition and lightbox slide out

Hi,

  1. I am trying to change the page transition to be like this site. I would like to have a dramatic “black pause” between the pages.

  2. I have a lightbox as a sliding menu and I wanted to have the lightbox slide out after I click one of the menu pages.

If anyone tried it and have a code for it, I would highly appreciate it.
