I’ve had this same issue with Wix that has gone unanswered and unsupported for months, it’s literally impossible to get support from Wix on any platform because they just send you to other departments and they send you somewhere else and no-one has answers, you’d think after the major re-haul they’d be better but it seems like they just turned everything to shit, I’m about to move my 5 website off Wix and check out what Square Space has to offer, hell probably better off using WordPress.
