Pages redirects to a USC-Excel File slowing down page loading speed

My pages automatically redirects to a USC-Excel File which slows down the loading speed. How do I remove this redirect?

I’m experiencing an issue on my Wix Studio site where pages briefly redirect to a USC-Excel file before fully loading. This behavior seems to slow down the page load speed across multiple pages. You can see an example here: http://www.hercules.ai/bancassurance. If you watch closely, the browser flashes a redirect URL pointing to a USC-Excel file very quickly before the actual page loads.

Here are some relevant details:

  • I built my site using Wix Studio.
  • The issue appears on multiple pages.
  • I’ve reviewed my redirects and SEO settings and didn’t find anything unusual.
  • I originally duplicated some pages and updated their SEO URLs—this is the only step I can think of that might have introduced this behavior.
  • The only third-party installed apps on my site are:
    • HubSpot by SyncSmart
    • Wix Members Area
    • Semrush Keyword Research
    • Wix Checkout Requirements
    • Twipla Session Recordings
    • Wix Site Search

I couldn’t find any relevant discussions about this in the forums, and I’m unsure what might be causing it. Do you have any idea what could be triggering this redirect, or how I might be able to remove it?

are they dynamic pages ? if so check the url slug in the CMS and make sure its not set to a file field.

No, these are not dynamic pages. These are standalone pages.
