I have created a paid plan and would like to setup checkout options. I am trying to offer the ability to “Purchase Plan”, direct to a selection page of 5 options, and have client determine a monthly shipping date (a pop-up calendar tool for selection would be great). Any ideas on the best way to get this setup?
