I have several different contact forms on my website that are used for different things. For example, we have a general contact form, we have a contact form for people wishing to sign up for paperless billing, a contact form for people requesting a specific type of custom service, etc. We used to receive emails with the contact form name listed at the bottom, but now it’s no longer listing the name of the contact and we aren’t sure what the information is pertaining to… Is this a bug? Is there a setting I need to change? Help!
I’m not sure on this. Honestly I would reach out and send an email to support for additional information. Let me know what they say.
