I’m building a subscription-based content creator community and service that is near launch. Through it we will be able to provide extensive benefits and services to content creators and allow them to expand revenue streams and overcome censorship.
I’m seeking a skilled Wix and Velo programmer who can develop features that are required to move the service into alpha launch to begin generating revenue. The estimated time to complete these tasks is 1-2 months.
The first goal is to introduce a referral program, which should be simplified by guidance and suggestions already provided by Wix technical support. Afterward, the priority will move toward streamlining and automating the subscriber vetting process with simple checks. At this point, the service will be at or nearly at a launch state.
Once the service has launched, the focus will be on continuing to develop features that will enhance revenue generation that will increase in complexity.
Work will be done remotely.
Benefits include:
-Starting at 50-50 revenue share after operating expenses (estimated to be at ~$60 per month at current plus estimated taxes) until revenue allows for the creation of standard employment contracts. Target starting contractual pay, if you accept an offer of full employment, depending on your skill level, is around $74K per year with benefits.
-The cost of necessary and approved development expenses will be reimbursed from revenue and excluded when calculating revenue share.
-$10,000 royalty share buyout as compensation to be paid out after the end of the contract with the goal of doing so within a year of the contract being completed. All other incentives are to be paid as quickly as financially possible.
-Additional performance-based financial incentives will be added to the buyout compensation plan for meeting development milestones and deadlines.
-Revenue share may be modified according to business needs such as adding an additional contractor or pursuing opportunities to increase revenue
-The revenue share amount to be paid out within a calendar year will be limited to $74K per year to allow for more to be invested into project development.
-If the revenue share cap is reached, incentives earned for meeting project milestones and other factors may be paid during the course of the revenue share period, depending on the business situation, allowing for increased contractor earnings potential.
If you choose to join as a salaried employee in the future, extensive benefits are already available through an agreement with a benefit broker. The employee benefits package may also be subject to dramatic expansion as elements of the service develop.
