In the past I was able to close projects in the Wix Marketplace where we had just offered advice or a website audit without having to be a contributor to someone’s site.
However, now this is no longer the case I have a raft of ‘in discussion’ and ‘in progress’ projects that I cannot mark as complete because I am not a contributor on their site.
I have been told to request this from my clients but this is just not how I work - if I don’t need access to their site then I do not need to be added as a contributor.
Can these decision be reversed please as both paid and unpaid projects need to be closed on my account?
