Partner Feature Opened: Ascend in the Partner Dashboard!

Hey all, so in Ascend Automations on the Partner Dashboard we are unable to use ‘Add Follow Up Action’ as it’s requesting us to upgrade, even though its already set to the highest. Could someone please look at this please?
