It can take 7 days, but out of the 13 Apps that we have built over the years Google is always quicker at publishing and in most cases within 2 weeks. Apple on the other hand, we have seen take 3-5 weeks at most.
Just make sure you stay on top of the emails from Wix and the notification inside the developer accounts.
