Is it possible to pass fields to a form to personalize it?

For example, we currently use Typeform where we can add First & Last name (among other fields) to help form conversions. This is achieved by adding a hidden field, this hidden field data is within the URL (example below).

Is anything close to this possible with Velo?

We need to send an SMS to clients, within the URL will be the field data, this data will then be pre-filled within the form.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

I was unable to locate a native way for this flow so perhaps with Velo it may be possible to implement, however the code would need to be developed.
