I have a multi-step form that is accessed by a ‘password holder only’ page for Visitors. The first time they Submit the form it never sends data to my database. On the second attempt it works. Is this an error or some sort of failure to validate? Any suggestions. No error seen by the users. I’m not sure what other info to provide. The Form has 49 pages, so they spend a lot of time filling out detailed information that is not being saved. Every time I test it on the Live site it works without fail but it know s my url I’m assuming so I’m not a new visitor. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi Yisrael, i’m a novice, so sorry for my ignorance. I’m not sure there is any code to share. The Multi Step form was created using the Wix site, I have only added some basic code inside the form that handles moving through the form Question order. They are working fine.
My assumption is that the Password protected page that loads the Form is not valid on the first attempt… it allows the visitor to complete the Form and Submit - all appears to work but no record is sent to the Data base. On their second attempt the Form data records the user info. The visitor takes the same steps - goes to the password protected page, adds the password, the Form opens and the visitor completes the form.
If there is code i can share that would help work out a solution, can you give me more specific directions.
Is there a way for the user to log in? Otherwise, how do they fill in the form?
Since you are not using code, you are probably better off contacting Wix Customer Care . You’ll get better help for your problem there.
