Why am I getting phantom white space between my fixed-width repeater and the footer section below?

What are you trying to achieve:
On my site I want the bottom of the fixed-width repeater to be flush with the footer at the bottom. I don’t want white space there, but there is white space on the live site. There’s no white space on the editor.
It had no trouble when the repeater was fluid, but that looked a little bit too big on desktop.
