Placeholder text displaying differently on Mobile vs Desktop

I have an input box, with placeholder text on the input box. This displays correctly on the desktop (See below);

However on Mobile, it shows this…

1st input box - CORRECT
2nd Input box - INCORRECT (Should be rep name)
3rd Input box - CORRECT

I can’t seem to find the resolution other than to potential hard code over it?

Can any recommend a solution?

Also just a side note, the editor loads extremely slow under the “Submit a job” page. All images range from 0.4kb - 0.38kb (excluding the header). On this page is where the issue with the input box code is (Desktop v Mobile). Is this something I’m doing wrong in terms of how I’ve built it or is this an issue with the editor when running a lot of code/input boxes on one page?
