I totally agree, especially now that Online Programs is a PREMIUM app only available to paid plans. Even the “new” functionality they added isn’t up to par (in my opinion).
For example, I’ve been trying to set an automated email to send IF it’s been 3 days since a participant has completed a step AND they have not returned to the course in that time. This would be an easy condition to code, but the automation functionality doesn’t work this way. It has options for “complete step” and an IF condition based on that step, but there’s no way to add a condition to check if a participant has returned to the progam in a certain time frame.
You can then set limited IF conditions based on that particular step, but as Wix’s own documentation shows, you cannot do much else with it at this time:
Has anyone on here figured out a way to send an automated email to participants if they haven’t returned to a program in X number of days? I’m guessing we’ll need to wait for an API before we can do something like this.
