Populate a repeater leaving first item blank or disconnected

Hi guys!

I have a repeater with video links in a member page. The links are added by the members and they have they’re own page each. On the first item of the repeater I would like to have a big plus button for the member to click and add links.

So, I don’t have a problem with adding the links, I just don’t know how have the plus button on the first item and start populating the repeater starting from the second item.

why not just place a box with the same layout and color of the repeater’s containers on the top of the repeater?

Thank you for your reply Shan but I actually have it like that now. I just wanted to have a more intuitive look. Does anyone know how to achieve this?
