Populating event confirmation emails with checkbox choices

We have an event created which, when people register, asks registrants to make certain choices (eg about dietary requirements) using checkboxes.

What I’m trying to do is to have the choices they have made shown in the confirmation email Wix Events sends the registrant.

Ideally, I’d also like that information to be displayed in the registrant’s Member’s Area page so they can see the choices they have made.

Any suggestions?
