Pre-Purchase Agreement Workflow

Question:
My client wants his clients to acknowledge an agreement before they are allowed to purchase a package. I’ve created a page with the agreement and a form to them to acknowledge they have read and agree to it. What I don’t know how to do is make this a prerequisite to purchasing a package.

Wix Editor

What are you trying to achieve:
My client provides coaching services. After his initial meeting with a potential client, he approves them. The next step is to have the client acknowledge a coaching agreement. Once that is done they are allowed to purchase a package of coaching sessions.

What have you already tried:
I looked at Workflows and Automations. Right now I have the package purchase pages restricted. Once my client meets with the contact he adds the contact to a Member Role of “Approved - Coaching Client”. This works great, anyone trying to purchase a package is restricted until my client adds that role. I was trying to add an automation so when my client adds the role to a contact and email would be sent to the contact directing them the acknowledgment page to complete the form. Upon submitting the form I wanted to send them directly to the package purchase page.

Could really use some help here. Wix is a great platform with so many options and settings it’s sometimes hard to find all the pieces to put together to make something work.

Your wished functionality can be done by code.

-Role-Admin gives a user a ROLE or a BADGE → opening a special page on your website.
-But before the restricted page gets open, an automatic CONFIRMATION-EMAIL has been sent to the user → to get the needed confirmation of the user.
-User confirms the email. Once e-mail confirmed (or a form has been submitted), user gets registered as → CONFIRMED inside the database and gets access to the wished page.
