Question:
how to add preloader for image (not for all page)

What are you trying to achieve:
i am able to assume the time, but i need to know the exact time - to catch the event when image finish loading.

While there isn’t a built-in preloader specifically for images in Wix Editor at this moment, there is a feature request for this functionality. The request is currently pending, so it’s not available yet.
