Problem with a repeater on footer

I have a problem:
When I enter a dynamic page through a repeater, dataset’s elements aren’t working.
Three examples:

  1. When I enter any page from this URL : https://www.course99.co.il/, the footer of the next page is showing only the “Mock” of the repeater in the footer and not the real repeater as it should be after taking the data from the database.

  2. When I click the website logo in the header of this page: https://www.course99.co.il/courses/spc0001, The same problem appears.

  3. When I press any button on the footer repeater of any site page, the same problem appears on the next page.
