Product Grid Gallery Filter Help!

Hello, I am making multiple store pages with a similar layout but needed to know how to get the code of the filter. Basically, I want a multi state box to change states when a certain filter is clicked, however if multiple filters are clicked (that are not the product options or the price) I want the multi state box to change to a default state. Here is almost an identical example stadiumgoods . com when you click a filter the heading section changes (like a multi state box) but when you click two title filters it goes back to a default.
