# Products only load properly after reloading page

**I’m having trouble with**  
On mobile, after clearing cache and trying multiple browsers, I’m running into an issue where I click a product from my shop and it loads the default product page. If I reload it, it loads properly. My friends tested this as well and it’s happening for them too.

**What I’m trying to do**  
Load properly the first time

**What I’ve tried so far**  
Cleared cache, tried multiple browsers.

**Extra context**  
I use the Printify app if that’s useful.
