Setting up a template for my Programs. I want every Step for each program to have the same basic layout…which would be something like:
Text
Divider
Video
Table
Anyone know if there’s a way to make each step behave/look the same? Without just having to make every Step by hand? Currently I will have 6 programs, each with 12 steps. That’s a lot of by-hand work, so hoping there’s a way around this…?
Nevermind. I just figured it out, accidentally. When you got to the dashboard or the programs manager, you can click on your step in the calendar. There is an option to Copy the step. Just do that 12 times, once you’ve got it how you like it.
But the big question will be, once I get to embedding different videos, will managing that data be easy as the CMS, or is it a pain…
Use the Repeater.
Can you use a repeater in Steps for Wix Programs? I don’t see an option
I was going to mention that you can duplicate the steps and duplicate the sections as well.
For the videos, you would probably need to update each section/step to add the videos.
Are you sure Repeaters can be used with Steps in Programs? I can’t see it.
Sorry, what “steps” are you referring to? Please elaborate.
Doesn’t seem like the option is available inside the online programs but don’t see what would be the benefit of a repeater as it’s meant to display some information.
Tables would work well if you want to display some information.
Thanks everyone. Going to start new post on the topic. Seems like Steps cannot be controlled like dynamic pages…which is a bummer.
