Proposal Templates Contact Email Unable to Update

Question:
I build a site for my client, and when using the function of the proposal, design tab, it defaults to my email in the header that the customer is going to see, and I can not for the life of me figure out how to update the email to be the business email. I have tried everything and reached out to support 6+ times. It’s more crazy because I had to teach almost all support agents how to navigate to the proposals area on the back end.

What are you trying to achieve:
Update the default email in the header of the design tab in proposals.

What have you already tried:
I have narrowed it down to tihs: No matter what template (Wix default or saved an existing proposal as a template), the header remains unchanged (even if you updated it on an existing proposal and saved it as a template). I have repeatedly reached out to customer support, and most of them didn’t even know how to get to the proposals sections. the last agent said it defaults to the site owner’s email and suggested I change my email to my clients, which would remove my access to the account. Instead, I transferred the site to a different email of mine as the owner and tested again, but nothing changed in terms of the default email in the proposals.

Additional information:
I will clarify that this is only the email that the customer sees in the header of the designed proposals; this is not in regards to the email that the customer receives informing them they have a new proposal, which is a function of automations. What is more interesting is that on the price quote and invoices sections, it defaults to the business address and email based on the ‘business information’ you set on the back end. Not sure why the functionality would be different, as they seem to all be built around the same UI.
