Excellent. Thank you for this explanation. Is there any way to shorten that time to under 5 minutes? I ask because of how I do business. My goal is always to reach out to a potential new client immediately, while they are active on my site. 5 minutes would allow enough time for them to leave, and I don’t get that opportunity to capture them. With an instant email alert, I could stop what I was doing, sign into my WIX inbox, and engage the customer immediately. Perhaps instead of defaulting to 5 minutes, that could be lowered to 1 minute, or perhaps we could have a place to decide for ourselves 1, 5, 10 or never… ?
