Hi, everyone know why in mobile mobe when i scroll down the quick action bar go up.

And when i load for the first time the mobile site is not on top but in the center, i really don’t understand why.
the problem is like in the screen. When i go down the bar change the position. Also, i don’t know why i can scroll the website, i choose a really short height because i don’t need scroll on mobile.
Also in a different browser i have the same problem.
