Rating of A is also showing on B, C and so on. How to fix that?

Hi There!
I hope you are doing great.
I’ve a site (with two database one for model and one for model review) where user can post a review for a models and rate them and it working fine.
The problem I’m facing is that If a user post a review For A model that review is also showing on Other Models as well.
I would appreciate your help.

No, I’m not using any code. It just wix drag and drop.
