Wix Velo is its own Framework/Ecosystem and I am confident that you will find it to be very good. However, if you want, you can use other frameworks in a Wix Custom Element . See the Custom Element API for more details, and play with the Custom Element examples to see them in action. The Stencil Branch Table example might be a good place to start since Stencil is a React-inspired library. Have fun.
