Trying to help small church that has lost access. They do not have the login info and despite the original presiding priest and designer and the church providing every possible email, church info, credit card numbers and everything asked for, we have been in a communication loop for weeks with customer service. Everyone working on the website has provided official ID’s and answered all pertinent questions. It has the organization paralyzed.
