Real Estate Fetching Content

Hi all!

I need to create a website for a real estate agency.
they have already a list of their properties featured into another website which lists all properties for all agencies.

What they want is to feature these existing contents that are live on the other website into the new website I need to build for them.

I imagine that I’d need to work with repeaters and filter the options that are stored into my database, but what else do I need to get automatic content that is already on the other website?

Should I Fetch the content? Use API keys? RSS Feed?
