Receive notification when a user click a scepecific button

Hi! i want to know if there is a way to trigger a notification to my Wix app (or receive an email on my email webpage account) when a user clicks a specific button.

My specific case is that i want to be notified when a client agrees to be contacted by a support member team when click on “Yes”.


Is there any way to do this?
