Recruitment agency start up

Hi, I have a recruitment agency start up client who wants a website with a jobs board page. He tells me its not complex a simple site with editable and upload job details like the job, title, location, salary.

Should I consider a user interface so his staff can simply update/add/pause/delete jobs?

When I look at online recruitment sites they seem much more complicated with apply online, upload CV, member area.

Any suggestions on how best to build a site like this much appreciated.

Ooh this is a good discussion! I suppose it depends on where the client wants the weight of the workflow to fall - through the site or in person. Interested in hearing what other partners have to say!

That’s what I would do Alan. At the same time…it depends on what actions the client wants on the job board.
