Question:
For Pricing Plan’s that renew every 4 weeks for a small business that does weekly classes - How do you not over charge clients when you shut down for a week due to holiday?

Finding a way to not charge someone for 4 sessions when only 3 are available that month.

Additional information:
I have multiple Pricing Plans all set up for recurring payments every 4 weeks until plan is cancelled by the customer. Customer is given 4 sessions per month. Only 1 session is available per week for them to sign up for. However some months only 3 sessions will be available due to closing for holidays. It would make sense that the customer should not be charged the same amount for those months. How do you manage only charging the customer for the correct amount of sessions each month when it can vary?
