I have a table with names and each name has a specific link, as I do for when the name is selected and user clicks the button to search the site redirect the user to the page related to the name that is in the table. I do not know how to do it, please help me out.

I recommend checking out the Cascading Form example to display the relevant cities after choosing a country from a dropdown.
