I was recently charged $298.68 for the yearly TWIPLA app subscription, but I no longer wish to use it. I reached out to TWIPLA support, and they told me that Wix handles payments. TWIPLA has 10 days refund policy on their website.
How can I request a refund from Wix for this charge? Has anyone successfully done this before? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
