Although the Release Manager is visible in the menu, there does not seem to be a button to create a Release Candidate. Has anyone created a Release Candidate with Editor X?

it’s 8 months later and still it is not possible to create a Release Candidate in Editor X? For any ambitious website this is a must have feature. Why is this taking so long?
